5 Minute Stretch Exercises for Computer Users

I often send my patients home with diagrams showing different exercises they should do. But since a lot of you spend quite a bit of time in front of your computers, I figured it makes sense to put this up as a video so you can see firsthand how to do your exercises.

So there you have it – spend a little bit of time every day to make sure your muscles are properly stretched and avoid any unnecessary trips to see me.

    These are all great exercises and videos that Gord has provided! As a fitness professional myself with in the industry, we all need to be reminded to keep active on our stretching. Posture is such an easy fix also to keep mindful of share this with your family and coworkers

    Gord has an unreal amount of knowledge, experience and is fantastic. He is a great listener with pin pointing the areas that require adjustments. I would recommend him anytime!
