5 Minute Stretch Exercises for Computer Users

I often send my patients home with diagrams showing different exercises they should do. But since a lot of you spend quite a bit of time in front of your computers, I figured it makes sense to put this up as a video so you can see firsthand how to do your exercises.

So there you have it – spend a little bit of time every day to make sure your muscles are properly stretched and avoid any unnecessary trips to see me.
